My first visit was a great experience. They didn't rush me over the phone and patiently listened to my situation and answered my questions. They were able to schedule an appointment for me the next day. The eye exams were thorough and the offices were clean/organized. The doctor took their time in assessing my eye condition with multiple tests (one of which I had personally never seen before in any other clinic). They did not try to over charge me with unnecessary exams or prescriptions, as they suggested I can keep my current glasses (although they could sell me a new pair). Champaign Eye Professionals provide excellent service. Dr. Freeman is amazing and does a great job explaining everything and making sure patients are comfortable. My previous optometrist have made me feel like a burden being in their office compared to Dr. Freeman really wants to help me with my vision. I highly recommend Champaign Eye Professionals!!
