I was here for lab work, checked in when I was supposed to and lab was running behind.I didn't get seen for at least 20-25min. The tech was very friendly and had a great saying of the day on the wall.

My sister was trying to set up an appointment she has missed because of work and the first call got disconnected some how, the second time she called the lady was hasty and my sister was calling for a med check for her anxiety which includes talking to people especially over the phone if ykyk! She was rushing my sister and caught an attitude which threw me off because she’s scheduling an appointment for anxiety and wasnt helping!! My sister hung up and had to take a minute because she is sensitive under pressure, we called back hoping to get another assistant. Linda was so kind to help her through her reschedule appointment. The reason why I gave it a 4 star is because a doctor here was rude to me and has been for a couple years because of my mental health. She is a medical doctor not a psychiatrist. So, she shouldn't have any reason to treat me like an animal. She should have treated me like an individual trying to do my best with suffering with mental health. (I won't say names). It's quiet on the west entrance area. It's clean and the workers seem professional especially the ones that I have met.
