Super inefficient. No estimated wait time for call or anything. Waited for almost two hours just to get in to the doctor’s office.HOWEVER, the nurses and physicians were attentive and helpful.Hopefully they can improve the efficiency on waiting time and communication with the patients.

I was worried to get care here based on the reviews. But i had an excellent experience. I was establishing care with a Primary Care doctor, and she was so attentive, respectful, and thorough. She addressed every concern I brought up, and in a prudent and and clearly-communicated manner. I was not rushed in any way. I think this is the best experience I have had with a physician in my life (and I am not young).Edit-- Originally 5 stars, but now changed due to the billing for my services. I visited twice within a few days when my original complaint escalated. Both times and with different practitioners I was seen in a timely manner, treated appropriately for the situation but also with warmth and kindness. I also appreciated their policy of waiting till a room was available so as not to have to wait in a room full of sick people before being seen.
