“From day one of October 2021 Dr. Clark has helped me with my vertigo. Now I am dealing with therapy for shoulder surgery and he is the best. I am doing very well and in between when some other aches come up he's is always willing to take care of it, like today, I had a muscle sprain which was very painful and he helped me right away. Had a lot less pain when he was done. Very knowledgeable and professional. So happy I found him during the worst time of dealing with my vertigo and he has been there for every other ache and pain on this old body.“

“Fantastic place if you want to reach your full physical potential!I had problems with knee and hip pain which was limiting my movements greatly around the house. I started having knee pain over ten years ago and other pt facilities made me worse and personal trainers couldn't get me very far. I was on a constant mission trying to avoid pain by eating super healthy and needing to limit activity or else I would have constant pain. I am finally doing all the activities I always wanted again like running, rollerblading and cleaning everything around the house. They went above and beyond to also clear up some shoulder and neck pain too which was limiting my ability to lift things and relax comfortably. I am still finishing up some physical therapy but couldn't be happier about the progress. I am now fully functional (sometimes I have no pain!!!) and only getting stronger and more capable.I wanted to put on a good word about the owner who has such a wonderful personality. Such a great person and happy vibes. She helped me get back into running and I am so grateful. I hope to continue with some health and wellness visits or their awesome running academy to continue/maintain my progress.If you are looking to have a baby I would highly recommend their four visit program to prevention issues during and after pregnancy. I worked with their pelvic floor specialist Maureen who is ABSOLUTELY amazing at helping you recover from having a baby. I had hip issues since having my first daughter which got much worse during my pregnancy with my second time. But not to fear! Maureen will guide you through recovery in a gentle and positive way. Her communication skills are superb.I highly recommend people seek out whole body massage in conjunction with any strength training. This place gives some targeted massage which is very useful. Some deep tissue quad massage also helped me. "Body in gear" in Palatine does great with any extra functional massage you may need.Love this place! If something isn't working out for some reason just let them know and they will adjust. ❤️“

“I started seeing Dr. Mitchell a few years ago when I had a persistent shoulder issue. I tried other doctors to help alleviate the pain or find the problem all to no avail. Dr Mitchell listened to my story, taught me about the shoulder muscles bones etc, & told me how we’d work on it. My pain was gone within 6 weeks of working w him & has never returned. I see him & their awesome massage therapist monthly. One other thing I really like about CIHW is their awareness about natural health & wellness.
