With three small children in the house, he was very intentional and clear in outlining his approach to address the situation, including the step by step, multi-day process to ensure our home was cleaned and repaired. After discovering another unrelated issue, he was quick to jump in and help address our second problem, including ensuring we had all of the information we needed to make an informed decision. He and the team provided regular communications through the week including texts, e-mails, and videos of the work that has been done. A few days after the project was complete, we thought we discovered another issue. Without hesitating, he was at our front door in one hour to give us peace of mind and assess the situation.
