There was no need for a replacement shower. The workman did a wonderful job in painting, and repairing the damaged walls. Sonny, was always available to address my concerns, and make suggestions. The workmen were very considerate of my sister’s limited abilities, and accommodated her requests, when working in her home. Not only was Steele and Loeber among the most reasonably priced, their representative, Brian Crothers, took the time to sit with me and go over all my questions and concerns. I knew he would already be slammed with work that day. But he found time to come to my home quickly diagnose the problem and repair my AC. My AC unit is pretty old. But Patrick did not try to upsell me or make things worse than they were. We had an honest discussion about the life left in my AC unit but he said that I still have some time to use my current unit.
