“I have used TGM remodeling for 3 projects now and plan to use him again in the near future. Murph's work is precise and on budget, but most of all, he is patient. On the last project my wife and I changed our minds on the design a few times, a couple of which was mid construction. They broke up and removed a slouched walkway and two patio slabs, poured new concrete at proper grade, and now all the water around our house moves away from the house. On the day of service, I received a call from Matt saying that he was on his way and he arrived within the time he gave me. They got to work right away and were finished with the replacement and clean-up within an hour. I will say, it was a bit peculiar that I had to make a deposit on the work prior to being able to schedule. In my head, it makes more sense to pay a deposit once a service is set in stone rather than paying a deposit and then waiting to hear back for an appointment. Regardless, their service was exceptional and I would recommend them to anyone in need of this service.“
