I said what I wanted, he followed the rules set about coloring and type with my condo association, gave me a great price, and the set-up to get it all done was quick and easy. The installer, Pete, did a great job and even fixed the caulk to my satisfaction. He is the high standard of a small business that my Dad taught me to always look for and hire.
