“This is truly my pups home away from home! Laura and her home are my two dogs’ favorite place to vacation. My 10 yo mix breed dog gets the special attention he needs as an old man and my 2 yo lab loves socializing with new friends. The fact that they get to sleep on the couch like at home, roam the backyard, and have a dog lover with them at all times, including overnight, makes this mom’s heart rest easier when I can’t be with my pups. “I have loved and cared for multiple animals over the years, unfortunately, I have become skeptical of veterinarians. Being new to the community, I was referred to Mundelein Animal Hospital. The staff were kind, professional and accommodating. The waiting room and examining rooms were clean, and their costs were appropriately reasonable. My 13-year old cat, Crosby, was scheduled with Dr Gretchen Hageman. I was impressed with her thorough examination of Crosby, but respected the time she took to explain Crosby’s treatment options. Mundelein Animal Hospital provides impeccable care to animals, but holistically treats the family. I am no longer a skeptic. I would highly recommend Mundelein Animal Hospital.“

“Cannot recommend enough! Did we get training? No because after taking 40 minutes of her time to talk to us, Jody told us we did not need it. Instead during the extremely generous phone call, she told us things we could do to help benefit our dog. She did suggest training right before having a baby though, so when we are at that point we will be giving her a call! Highly recommend for honest and well educated training! PS she came recommended by our vet who is a very straight forward and dog-loving man!“

They are clearly as invested in their field as they are in their patients.They helped me get my senior cats up-to-date after I inherited them from a family member. Dr. Miller and team explain what they are doing, what the best course of action is, and answer my questions.Every part of the service has been given careful attention. Even the office is set up for both cats for cat people — calm and comfortable.Highly recommended.“
“Followed Dr. Beloiu to her newest location for one of our dog's annual exam. I called to make an appointment and the process was easy and seamless. I received an email with our pet's information to review and to also check in. When I arrived , the receptionist was so kind . All of the staff were nice and caring. Of course, I am always happy with Dr. Beloiu . She is so calm and reassuring and our dog is immediately put at ease. When I scheduled the appointment a $65 charge was required , and it was applied to my bill. Overall, very happy with the entire process and service.“

“First visit after new management/vet and this is still a great clinic. Staff was caring and took time to listen to concerns about my dog. Also suggested new, cheaper and better medications. No doubt be coming back to Spring Valley for future visits.“
