The 2 guys that did the installation and the owner, Conrad, were all very attentive to any concerns I had and addressed them promptly. They gave attention to detail and were neat. They also put back/installed the details from the outside lights, mailbox, hooks for a swing and hooks for a clothesline. Would recommend them to anyone for a siding project.“

They were able to come out immediately, fixed it and then when I replaced the roof the next summer they applied the fix cost to the replacement cost. “Finding a reputable roofer out of thousands can be overwhelming. I selected Jack (Jacek) Lekarczyk, owner of J.L. Contractor Services LTD, out of five (5) proposals. They were the only contractor with expertise in both roofing and exterior home improvement. Their “scope of work” was meticulously detailed. Their prices were transparent, to fully disclose all costs.My project began mid-December and required intricate work on the structural frameworks of my brick home and brick garage. Jack deployed multiple teams of “master craftsmen” in roofing, carpentry, aluminum, windows etc, in anticipation of Chicago’s unpredictable weather. Each day, crews arrived an hour early, by 7:00 am, and seemed to work nonstop until the job was done.Visually, it was a spectacular job-site with complex scaffolding and industrial equipment. The massive crew of “seasoned pros'' were of the highest caliber of craftsmanship. They were polite, considerate, “masters of their trade” who took pride in their work. They valued teamwork, like a “colony of ants”, for flawless execution with remarkable precision to stay on schedule.Jack was the only contractor who promised (in his proposal) to show photos for “visual proof” if additional expenses were warranted, (i.e., the replacement of rotten wood). “Vesta did a great job replacing my roof and gutters after hail damage from a large storm last spring. Anthony came and performed an initial inspection and showed me the extent of damage. He was very pleasant to deal with and he and his team handled everything with my insurance company-Allstate He handed off to Jeremy who went over the project financials. They secured approval and obtained the roofing materials in a very timely fashion. There was some questions from the insurance company about the gutter replacement, but Anthony came back and reinspected and insured that the claim was amended and my gutters were fully covered. Project Managers Ronnie and Danny remained in contact throughout the entire project. They kept me informed and saw that everything was completed satisfactorily.“

Pat Keenan, the owner, was the salesperson and oversaw the project end to end. He kept us informed throughout the entire process, they were able to get to us within a few weeks, and they found a lot of ways to add value beyond the scope of work. The crews were all very professional. At the end of the project I noticed a few screens were ripped during the project and Pat personally came over to pick them up and get them rescreened. “I contacted Pioneer about a whole gutter replacement after getting a quote from another company. Daniel came out and actually told me the whole replacements was not necessary and really only needed larger downspouts and to fix a leaking section. He did not try and oversell me even though I went to him expecting the whole thing.His pricing was fair and he and his crew did fast, great work! We also had them clean the gutters and power wash the outside. They now look and work great! We will be hiring them for an annual clean out each fall from now on!“
