They also offer 25% off first time which was so kind. I dropped off a second piece (jean stained white sweater) so I’ll give an update on that when I get it back.

“I can’t not believe how amazing Rob was, I came in with an emergency in the hopes of getting my sons shoulder pads fixed with in a few hours ( which I already new was an aggressive ask)

The seamstress was not in and Rob stepped in and used his amazing skills and helped fix my issue on the spot so that my son would have his shoulder pads for practice!!

This was above and beyond anything any place would ever do!!!

“I came to Ruby Cleaners less than a week before our beach elopement desperate to have my sample wedding dress cleaned. The team was calm, kind, and reassuring, and they delivered exactly as promised. Every stain was gone, even on the bottom, and the dress looked brand new. They repaired a small rip on the side and they even hung it specially to prevent wrinkles since I was flying with it. I am so impressed and grateful and will definitely be back to have my gown preserved.“

First timer, I was confused a bit by the online form for scheduling a pickup, so I called the store. It was during the holidays and the owner was out of town. Instead of telling me to wait until the next week for him to come back, they took it upon themselves to pickup my items, clean them, and return them. Was there clarity on how they were going to get paid for providing this service? Not really. But ya know what, I appreciate that they cared more about making sure I had clean sweaters and throw blankets in a timely manner. And luckily it ended up being less expensive than I expected! It was very easy to pay over the phone after the fact once the owner was back in town and figured out what was going on. 10/10 would recommend.
