“I highly recommend this place! They altered & fixed the zipper on my work dress! Very happy with the outcome!”
“I’ve had my wedding gown hanging in my closet for almost 8 years. I kept putting off the preservation process as life just got busy and every time I researched a company that would do it, I felt hesitant to mail it in or that they might ruin my dress. Finally, I found Chicagoland Wedding Dress Cleaners and was excited over the positive reviews and being local. Working with the company was a breeze. Steve answered the phone and answered my questions right away, scheduled a pickup, arrived on time, texted pictures of my clean gown before it went in the box, and delivered my gown smoothly. It was well packaged and I’m very satisfied. The entire process was seamless and stress free. I really appreciated the pickup and delivery of my gown as it is challenging finding the time while being a mom - I would probably put off this process for another 8 years lol. Highly recommend working with them!”
