The team was calm, kind, and reassuring, and they delivered exactly as promised. Every stain was gone, even on the bottom, and the dress looked brand new. They repaired a small rip on the side and they even hung it specially to prevent wrinkles since I was flying with it. I am so impressed and grateful and will definitely be back to have my gown preserved.”
