As difficult as it was, prepaying funeral arrangements for my father was not an easy task. Mark and I have been in communication for quite some time and I must admit , I was apprehensive and a bit fearful. But after leaving Mark's office just hours ago, I sensed a true genuineness in the process and was comforted by the fact that Mark displayed both professionalism and confidence of what he does and that I had made the right decision. Marks work speaks for itself. If able, I would highly recommend the prepayment services that are offered by Mark. You won’t be disappointed.

I could not have been happier with Hayes Funeral Services. From the very first call, Mark was incredibly helpful. After losing my Mom, I felt lost and overwhelmed. Before I even officially hired Mark, he sat on the phone with me and walked me through everything I would need to do and what I can expect. He is very compassionate and was very helpful in one of my greatest times of need.

Hayes Funeral Service was amazing to work with. Mark and his team were responsive, informative, courteous and followed through on everything discussed. I could not have asked for a better experience during a difficult time. Would highly recommend.
