Mohammad was very friendly and explained in detail what part needed to be fixed in our AC unit, and was honest about how the unit was looking and how long until it would need to be replaced. Would definitely use this credible company again, very reasonably priced as well.
Sufiyan was not only professional but also friendly and customer oriented in his approach. I recommend this company to anyone who needs help with HVAC in Plainfield, Naperville area. I always call them for any HVAC issues. Even on this weekend weather was rainy but Sufiyan promptly showed up and fixed AC issue well in time before rain and it shows his concern and care about customer. Thank you Sufiyan, job well done. Sufiyan and Suhaib are the best persons to work with.
AirCare did a great job. They took my call on a weekend and showed up on time. The tech was very courteous and professional. He fixed the issue with our heating and explained what had happened. We replaced the full HVAC System and everything has been running fine since then. Oh and forgot to mention very reasonable charges too!
