The technician arrived within the window they gave when I called. After checking the furnace they provided a quote for the work and completed it right away. Prompt and courteous service on a Sunday (emergency call). Appreciate the early arrival time because the electrical smell was a bit concerning. Larry explained EVERYTHING in detail about what could be causing the smell. He diagnosed all things related to the issue thoroughly and patiently. This was my first time having DuAll come out to my home. The previous company I used just didn't seem to have the time to come out, yet alone respond to me for over 2 months. Making my appointment with Donna was easy and I was able to get a convenient appointment in a few days. The technician was on time, very courteous and knowledgeable.
