“Adult day care center of UMAS is a unique program in the sense that we seniors are picked up from home in the morning served healthy breakfast, lunch and are dropped back to our home after tea .During our 5-5.30 hrs stay at center we interact with each other,sing songs,dance and play. This keeps us physically active and mentally alert.my son always encourages us as he knows we are in safe hands at the this UMAS and MAFS Adult Day Care
