“Over the past several years I have had to use home health care services from skilled RNs while on Home Infusion Therapy. I have had experiences with a few other home health care agencies before I found Newsome Home Health and stuck with them over the years. Newsome Home Health has been the BEST to work with by far. As with any home health company, there are some outstanding nurses and some that are less than perfect. However, for the most part I have gotten very lucky to have had some regular nurses from Newsome that have been exceptional and go above and beyond. If for whatever reason you are not happy with something, Newsome will take your concerns seriously and promptly work with you to bring things to your satisfaction. Their billing department is exceptional, which is almost as important as the quality of nursing care, and is a great relief to me. They consistently work with my insurance to get all related matters taking care of satisfactorily, with me seldom needing to get involved in the process, as I have enough to deal with already. “Integrity of Plainfield helped us so much during my husband's final weeks of life. Because he was a Veteran, his care was totally free and Daisy came out and interviewed us and got us the help we so desperately needed, from bathing to changing linens to doing any household chores I asked, the girls couldn't have been more helpful. It took the burden off of me for a few hours a day. We only had them for a few weeks because my husband passed away but for the time we did, they were wonderful. Thankyou Integrity.“

“I was released from the hospital and needed therapy and nursing care to get my back on my feet. I was so fortunate to have the therapists and nurse. My therapist were Ed and Kelli. Both were so patient without letting me give up or regress. I was able to progress from requiring a walker to walking on my own. And the OT Kelli was able to get me back to being able to dress myself and take care of my household duties. I would not have been able to do any of this without these 2.Then there was my Nurse, Jessica. She was outstanding. So knowledgeable and efficient. She was able to get me over the finish line to healing.I highly recommend Newsome. They were always here when they said and were flexible enough to work around my schedule. And I don't think I could have received better care anywhere.“

“I highly recommend Suncrest Hospice. Someone came 5 days a week to check on my mom. The nurses were wonderful and easy to reach. When you called on a weekend, a nurse would come out and check on her. They were exactly the type of people who showed their compassion while problem solving and coming up with solutions. Their calming voices on the phone helped to make each moment easier! I had all the equipment, materials and medicine within a day or less! A special thank you to Sara(aide), Mary Beth(social worker), Kristen (nurse) and Katie for guiding me through this journey and helping my mom pass peacefully.“
