I can not say enough good things about our experience with Home Instead. We were in such need for assistance for my dad and the people who were matched with us were perfect. All staff including the client care manager and scheduling responded immediately to any concerns, and if a care giver was unable to come, a replacement was always able to step in with no inconvenience to anyone. I would highly recommend Home Instead's services to anyone who is looking for extra support for family. The communication with my family and the care and support for my parents was such a comfort during a very difficult time.

We were in an emergency situation to get care set up for my parents. The HomeInstead office team was immediately responsive. They listened closely to the needs of my parents. My parents were happy with the caregivers and the support they provided while honoring the independence they requested. We will be using this company for any future needs.
