He kept us informed on when he'd arrive and worked nearly non-stop to complete the job. The shower was stunning and there was not speck of material or trash left behind. Ron patiently went thru what we needed to know and answered our questions thoroughly. We found that we did need to add another grab-bar post installation. Michele, in Cust Svc, arranged that quickly for us. Vlad promptly arrived and helped us find the best place for the new bar and it was installed neatly and quickly. Again, Michele followed up to see how we were doing and to see if we had any additional questions or issues. We were very pleased with the installation and the service provided.“

10/8/25 update: I used Granitex again when we were in a bind. Our custom sink from overseas needed alterations in order to work in our bathroom. Granitex was able to make those changes quickly so we did not have to send the sink back overseas. They did an excellent job and we will make sure to visit their show room when it is time for our next bathroom remodel!“
