He took time to explain the process of working with the insurance company after the approval limited the scope of work needed. The roof had been severely damaged by wind and hail storms, which led to water damage inside my home. Communication with Sebastian was top-notch. He followed up weekly to update us on the claim's progress and to schedule the project. Sebastian reviewed materials to be used, ensuring the finished roof would be secure and waterproof. While the installation was expensive, it was within line (on the lower range) of other quotes I had received. The installation was fast and the workers were kind and respectful. They answered all of my questions and made sure not to proceed with installation until I was certain of the placement. The team scheduled a follow-up radon test to ensure the equipment was working properly. I would highly recommend this company for great service!“

They were very professional in detailing all the damage from hail and worked with myself along with my homeowners insurance company to assess the damage.
Once the claim for a new roof and siding repair was approved, Royal Craft went to work and completed the job in a timely fashion.
The job site was kept as clean as could be under the circumstances and the workers were very professional.
