“These days it’s hard to find good contractors to do work on my house. Luckily I found Royal Craft Home Remodeling to assess my home for hail damage. They were very professional in detailing all the damage from hail and worked with myself along with my homeowners insurance company to assess the damage.
Once the claim for a new roof and siding repair was approved, Royal Craft went to work and completed the job in a timely fashion.
The job site was kept as clean as could be under the circumstances and the workers were very professional.
I will consider using them again for any future home repairs or remodeling.“

“K&S General Contracting just finished replacing my roof, gutters, soffit and fascia, and they did an outstanding job!

I originally called them just for a roof replacement, though my home is over 50 years old, and needed gutters, soffit, fascia, windows and siding, too. Altogether that seemed monstrous and overwhelming; I didn't think I would be able to afford it, and definitely not all at once.

TJ, the owner, came to my house for an estimate, and spent a significant amount of time-assessing the entire exterior, then sitting down with me and discussing the issues and my options. He is super nice and personable. He gave me a VERY reasonable price for replacing the roof. I have had multiple other estimates done, and TJ's was extremely competitive. He also took the time to ask me about my plans for my home, and presented me with the idea of a long term plan for doing all the work, over the course of 3-4 years. He created digital renditions of my vision for my home, and how it will look when everything is complete. He gave me estimates for each project individually, and for the project as a whole, all of which were reasonable and less than i anticipated! TJ turned the monstrous and overwhelming renovation of my home into something doable and affordable.

K&S General Contracting just completed the first phase- the roof, gutters, soffit and fascia, and I am extremely happy with the outcome. The job was delayed a couple times due to weather, and they did a wonderful job accommodating my schedule. The crew showed up early, and wasted no time getting to work. They were polite and professional. The majority of my roof was rotted, and it ended up being a complete teardown. It was a big job, and they finished in one day. Of note, communication throughout the entire project was excellent and they also did a great job cleaning up. The gutters, soffit and fascia were completed within 2 days, and my house looks noticeably so much better. I now have a solid, high quality roof over my head and the ventilation problem in my attic is fixed as well.

Working with K& S General Contracting has been such a positive experience, I am looking forward to the next project. “I remembered being impressed by the speed and quality of the work on a garage on our block three years ago. I took a picture of the sign and committed the name to memory for a future garage project.

When the time came to replace our 110-year-old garage, I only contacted Blue Sky.
