Outstanding service and work. RM cleaned the carpet in our hallways and stairs. They did a fabulous job and went above and beyond to accommodate lots of questions. Love how hands-on the ownership is in the business. Thank you Sam! Will be in touch to replace carpet soon.

I cannot say enough about how great everyone here has been. I first was in contact with Rebecca, her knowledge & expertise in helping us is remarkable. We did a new runner for our renovated staircase and area rugs also. Terry came out to install and it was perfection.The padding they use is remarkable and the cushion you feel walking up the stairs is wonderful.We are beyond grateful and happy for all that they have done.They also have very reasonable prices for the quality of work that you get.Thank you again to the team at Russell Martin carpets, we are just thrilled with our end result.
