We have used Coverall to clean our complex for years. Janina is great!!! She does a super job and helps us with special request like cleaning carpets as well. Glad we found them, had bad experiences with several other companies before we found them.

I called their Downers Grove location accidentally (wrong number). The guy who answered, once he realized I was calling the wrong company entirely, just said "we're coverall" and hung up on me. Now I know that I can't review the quality of their work, but based on the quality of their customer service I wouldn't hire them or recommend them.Even if I'm not a customer, anyone who calls could be a potential customer. I now view this company negatively and would go with a different company if I ever needed the services they provide.Friendly customer service people can go a LONG way.
