“We just moved in and wanted to change a shower head, and it wasn’t happening until Mr. Burris promptly returned my call and checked out the situation to see if I could resolve it, but the shower head was really jammed and not going anywhere. He asked for pictures and came right over. He is super-nice, got his tools and fixed the problem and gave us some maintenance advice on removing soap scum and keeping drains clear. Over the busy Easter holiday, we experienced a major plumbing stoppage. Our first call was to a larger named plumbjng company, but unfortunately, their technician seemed inexperienced. After running a cable through the toilet drain with no success, he continued suggesting more work without any clear resolution—only driving up the bill.

Frustrated, we sought a second opinion and were referred to Walsh Services Inc. From the moment we spoke to dispatch, the experience was completely different—courteous, prompt, and professional. Jim and Mark arrived quickly, assessed the problem right away, and had the issue resolved within just 45 minutes.

Not only were they efficient, but they were also respectful of our home, taking great care to keep our newly remodeled bathrooms spotless as they worked. To top it off, the cost was only a third of what the large named plumbing company charged—and Walsh actually fixed the problem.
