We just had an emergency at home that could have resulted in severe water damage. Birk sent their next availably plumber out to our house and resolved the problem. They have always been very friendly and helpful.

Early 2020, I contacted Birk plumbing for a pipe repair. The Service. Technician did an excellent job so I called and ask for my powder room to be checked out, I didn't have hot water. The Tech returned around November 2020 and informed me, he needed to run a pipe and order a portable electric hot water heating unit. He had opened the ceiling in basement. This was okay because, he informed me it would be about one or two weeks return.Here, it is the end of August 2021, I have called every month since then waiting and frustrated at the service promises. wondering if the company will service me at all. We needed new piping installed in basement ,connecting an upstairs radiator to the boiler. Birk sent a very nice guy named Chris for the project. He was supposed to arrive at 7am and he was there at exactly 7 am !!! I had to leave but by time I returned ,he had done the best job ever..plus he cleaned up after himself ,youd have never known he'd been there ! His work was impeccable ! I highly recommend folks to please call Birks if you have any plumbing problems. I forgot to mention ,my husband was shocked at how more than fair the cost of the job was too !!
