“LOVE Pilates! It's definitely difficult & I leave each class sweaty but revved up. I've only taken 14 classes so far but this regime is perfect for someone like me, who started weak, flabby & utterly out of shape. It has helped my back pain tremendously as well as adding strength to my legs & arms. My big problem is that I've missed classes due to either forgetting I had booked them (!!) or not being mindful of time. Can't blame anybody but myself on that! But how cool is this: I receive a text now the day before as well as the day of a scheduled class to remind me! I love that! So glad I started back on the road to getting stronger!
