“My 7 year old takes class twice a week hat the Bolingbrook location. The facility is well kept, clean, and organized. The instructors interact with students before class, ensuring engagement and safe play (so much that my son asks to arrive early each session). Classes are appropriately challenging and content varies as to keep learning new skills while reviewing previously learned techniques. Respect is earned and given from both teachers and students.“

“Tough to summarize just how good Ms. Sugino and her classes are. I want to avoid clichés and hyperbole, but she truly is a wonderful teacher who is empowering these kids, in body and mind. With dicsipline, she immediately commands respect from the kids, but always in a playful and welcoming environment. The kids just know to listen, but somehow, always have the time of their lives at class.
I as a parent have learned (My first class i was uptight and hovering) so much from the classes, and look forward to the bonding and relationship opportunities they provide for me and my son.
If you are on the fence about trying a class, do it. My only regret is not starting my son earlier than his 5th birthday.

She is 9 now and we still loves taekwondo!
We even enrolled my 5 years old son , and hopefully I can bring my youngest son too? he is too small now
Coach is strict, but he is also caring and kind and he loves all kids! He takes a special approach to every kid to build their confidence, discipline, to love the sport, to be respectful!

We participated a tournament and I saw a different side of my daughter
She was so strong and persistent and soooo confident! This is all because of Mr Chris!
