Located in the Chicago Suburbs of Arlington Heights. We are a 26 year year Karate/Martial Arts school that helps build Discipline, Confidence and Focus for kids and teens through traditional Japanese style. Our adults classes are a tight knit community of people who build healthy bodies by encouraging each other and combating stress during these turbulent times. We practice self defense, Brazilian Jujitsu, and weapon training. Shihan Matsumoto is our founder, 4 time all America Champion, and 4 time all Japanese Champion of Mixed Martial Arts. He is a pioneer of the MMA and has over 58 years of Martial Arts experience.
