Over the years, Nicole has been more than accommodating if I didn't like something or felt it wasn't what I imagined it to look like (I've tried some new styles over the years) and she has always been willing to make changes without hassle if I need to pivot to my tried and true cut. She always ensures that all looks good and l am satisfied before heading out and she is a great conversationalist as well.
