I was very happy working with Total Image for hair and makeup for my September 2023 wedding. The trial beforehand was so helpful, and when I said I liked a style I wasn’t sure the state of my hair could pull off, they made it happen for me anyway! On the day of the wedding there was an unexpected family emergency that left them down a person, but they were easily able to send us an alternate stylist without any change in the timeline. Everyone (8 ladies for hair and 6 for makeup) was happy with their hair and makeup, and Lexi, Georgia, and Terri were kind and professional throughout. I am so happy I chose Total Image for hair and make up for my wedding in July 2023. Christa was fantastic to coordinate with and her team of talented artists were fun to spend the morning of my wedding with. Mine was the 4th wedding I've been to (second one I was in), where the hair and makeup team was Total Image. Anyone in Chicagoland looking for hair and makeup teams, I highly recommend Total Image!

Christa and her team are amazing. When I began the search for hair/makeup I knew I would be in good hands with Total Image Hair and Makeup. When I reached out to Christa I could tell she care deeply about her clients and team. This is my second time getting to work with her and she is responsive, kind, and provides outstanding customer service. Hair and makeup for myself and my girls was outstanding. I hope to work with Christa again for other events.
