Received a gift card and booked a facial. Jennie was excellent. She explained her process, was gentle and my skin looks and feels clean and refreshed. I booked another one next month. The spa is lovely and everyone is so friendly!
I was in town for a funeral and stayed at the Westin Hotel. I was long overdue for a massage. The service, professionalism, and overall experience was top notch! Love the ambiance and quality of service. Took my wife for a day at spa. We started with couple's massage then she finished with hair/makeup for our big date night. WOW ! Highly recommend it. Owner is Ukrainian and woman At The Westin Hotel in Itasca
