“My repair was a basic "simple" repair of our electric stove which needed a new oven element. I said simple because google made it look and sound like a simple job. However, this simple job took a full hour to accomplish not 15 minutes as google estimated it would take. I felt the price was fair, and I would use Mr. Appliance of Mid America again it I needed someone to repair a large appliance. You might consider doing the same if you need an in-house repair of your major appliance. I failed to mention my service technician who performed the job mentioned above. His name is Curt F. and he did an exceptional job on my oven repair work. He was very cordial and arrived on schedule. He was very courteous and explained everything he was going to do before he started with the repair. Hopefully you will have Curt as your appliance repair person. He is g-r-e-a t.“
“Just got an awesome deal on a washer dryer and fridge. Bosch washer and dryer for only $500, that's for the pair! $3700 set, with pedastals. 27" counter depth LG fridge brand new for $800. “***** has been to our home for our furnace a couple years ago. He fixed us up quickly with no real down time. Now a couple years later our 31 year old central air conditioner on the hottest days of July went down. Again ***** was out the very next day. He was putting in lots of hours and still was going to do 2 more calls tonight. We talked before with him about putting new furnace and air conditioning in and we sat on our butts now we are going to get it done. ***** was not trying to sell us anything and told us it would probably be fall before he could do it unless an emergency came up and he would take care of us immediately. So we are going to have him go ahead and order all of it and pay him so there will be no chance of a shortage. We couldnt have asked for a more nicer person and honest to come out to our house. I work retail and you just dont find people like him around anymore.I cant tell you enough on how happy I am to have someone like him do work for us.Thanks **** and ****** “
