Five stars are definitely not enough to rate the exemplary service that I received at Belleville urgent care. This was hands-down the best experience I’ve ever had at any medical facility. Typically, I’m always anxious when getting medical care, but I can honestly say that there was not one moment that I didn’t feel at ease and comfortable during my visit. The staff is very nice, pleasant and has great customer service. They’re very understanding of your situation and works with you in a timely manner. The only urgent care I choose to go to. They also follow up with a text and call to make sure you’re feeling better and if not they’re willing to setup an appointment with you while on the phone. Or you can just walk right in.
Great location with helpful staff. Quick response to care. Staff and medical service was given in a quick timely manner. I love that my child was seen quickly and issue addressed. This urgent care facility and staff rock. My child got the help they needed and already home feeling much better.
