Shout out to Ling, who gave me the CRISPEST Bob this past weekend, when I was having a hair emergency, and needed my hair cut immediately. I'd been unable to schedule with my usual stylist for AGES, and with an event to attend that evening, I just couldn't show up looking like I did. Ling was fast, professional, and skilled at doing exactly what I requested. Also noteworthy was just how kind and patient every stylist appeared to be, even when some customers appeared to not be quite as adept at returning the same treatment. Clearly, this location is well-managed!

UPDATE: I am updating my review to indicate that I was blown away by the manager’s (Adam) professionalism. He contacted me, apologized profusely, and invited me back to the store where he personally corrected the issues for no charge. The haircut is great, and I assured him that I would return for him to cut my hair every time.

Visit was on morning of Jan 31st. Best haircut I have had the in a long time. I believe it was the Store Manager who was the stylist, but forgot his name.

Will be making this my Great Clips of choice.
