Brian and his partner [ both awesome]came out for clogged sewer, in 30 minutes they determined the sewer line had been damaged by directional boring causing the problem and we're very helpful in assisting in getting that third party to understand it was extreme high priority to get it fixed, it was repaired yet thay same evening and I owe it to Polar plumbing, highly unlikely anyone would have listened to me as much as they did professional plumber!!
They are very honest and professional. Your actually doing a job for us tomorrow again. We just moved here and had used your business to raise a water heater on the house we just bought. Got us in quick and done right. Tomorrow the guys will be repairing our plumbing drainage pipes the right way, again. You also give options on what to do and cost, but honestly! We like that! Brian was awesome. We thought we might have a water heater issue, but after checking the whole house we were diagnosed with a bad kitchen faucet. And we have changed faucets before. Brian also gave us advice on what else we can do to maintain the longevity of our fixtures.
