“had SmarTech out for a bunch of small stuff that had been piling up. two outlets that didn't work, a ceiling fan that needed replacing, and a breaker that kept tripping when we ran the microwave and toaster at the same time. figured I'd just get someone in to knock it all out in one visit instead of dragging it out. the electrician showed up on time, took a look at everything, and gave me a price before starting anything. nothing felt like upsell. he found the breaker issue was actually a loose wire in the panel, not the breaker itself, so that was good to know. fan looks great, outlets work, breaker hasn't tripped since. paid what he quoted. easy enough that I'll probably call them next time something pops up“

“Lightscape is a creative lighting company that set lites so that they are beautiful and provide beautiful light and their lighting systems do not irritate neighbors with bright down lights etc! But what sets companies apart from everyone else is what they do with more difficult problems. A large number of small pool lights were installed at our house 5 years ago; they were found to be weaker than they should be and were broken quickly at there stems. Lightscape recognized the product flaw, and replaced them with a newer , stronger version. For this I am truly grateful.“
