Chris responded right away to an emergency situation. The electric meter was ripped from the side of my brother’s house when a tree fell on his home in a storm. It was a difficult situation, because we were trying to help him from out of state. We contacted Chris, and he handled everything – city permit, equipment acquisition and installation, inspection - all of it.. And he communicated with us every step of the way. My elderly uncle had a tree come down and take out his power line and meter. My mother and I both live 6+ hours away and needed to help him remotely. Chris did an outstanding job of the work itself, but what stood out was how he helped my uncle with permits, inspections, etc. He genuinely cared about helping the person...not just doing the job. He communicated regularly and checked up on progress of ComEd etc when we couldn't. Thanks Chris!
