It was a difficult situation, because we were trying to help him from out of state. We contacted Chris, and he handled everything – city permit, equipment acquisition and installation, inspection - all of it.. And he communicated with us every step of the way. He’s honest, efficient, a straight-shooter, and reasonably priced. He even went above and beyond, by checking up on his customer (a senior citizen) to make sure he was alright and kept up-to-date.
