Having the AC go out in the middle of a heat wave was seriously no fun. Diamond Climate really came to the rescue. Our problem was quickly identified and repaired at a fair price, without an extra "trip-charge" to come out to Chillicothe. We would not hesitate to use them again, and certainly would recommend them to anyone looking for an honest, efficient tradesman. Five Stars!
Installed a complete new trane run try system for $6,800! That was much cheaper than the other estimates I got. They was in and out in less than 8 hours. Outstanding!Service: Heating system installation
Professional, friendly, and fair. We contacted our home warranty company (what a joke), after 24 hours they “couldn’t find anyone” to take our claim for our AC being out. My husband found Diamond Climate Control and called, right away Jim answered and threw us on his schedule that afternoon. He met my husband, and had our AC running in a matter of 90 minutes. He didn’t try to sell us on things we didn’t need, and he was friendly and kind, and definitely affordable.
