“After the passing of my husband, our family was faced with planning both a military honors service and a celebration of life while navigating grief and countless details. Sarah Ryan was exceptional from the very beginning.

She was compassionate, responsive, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable. No matter how many questions I had, she always took the time to answer them and provide guidance. Her communication throughout the entire process was outstanding, and she consistently went above and beyond to help our family.

One thing that especially stood out was her dedication to helping us honor Israel’s military service. When there was uncertainty about whether a live bugler would be available through military channels, Sarah took the initiative to research additional options and connected us with volunteer organizations that could provide a live bugler. That effort meant so much to our family, especially to our daughter, who felt strongly about having a live bugler as part of the service.

She also helped with countless details, from prayer cards and guest books to easels and recommendations whenever we needed them. Every time I reached out, she made me feel supported and reassured during an incredibly difficult period.

Sarah’s professionalism, kindness, and genuine care made a lasting impression on our family. I am deeply grateful for everything she did to help us create a meaningful tribute to my husband.
