“My mom was nervous about ordering a monument for herself and the family. It took her a long time to settle into the idea and to choose a place that she felt comfortable with. She went several years without ordering something to place for my father, brother, and sister who passed and did not have marker.
While searching, we discovered Troost and chose the location in Palatine. We met with Lisa who helped calm my mother's fears. She made the experience so much less stressful than anticipated. She helped my mom design exactly what she was looking for, which resulted in a monument we feel is beautiful and well constructed.

Lisa was open to ideas, made suggestions, and had patience while we went back and forth, with the things we wanted to incorporate into our design. She communicated perfectly and helped us achieve what we needed to get the job done. We are very grateful for the work she did, the work the artist did to make our monument a piece of art and place for us to memorialize our family.
