Loved my interactions with Robert and Corey. They're patient, thorough, compassionate and personable. Steve is the only reason that I didn't give Laird Funeral Home a higher rating. Both times that I encountered him, there was a harshness in his tone and delivery. He definitely should NOT deal with customers directly. That's an industry where the customers need very sensitive and compassionate care. Unfortunately, it seems that's his demeanor and likely not intentional. Just hurtful nonetheless.

Always professional and respectful. Steve showed great compassion when I prearranged my mother's funeral last month and Rob was very helpful and friendly the day of her visitation. I recommend them highly.
