I couldn’t have picked a better funeral home for my father Jose Juan. I want to say thank you to Jenna for answering all my questions walking in and putting me at ease in hard times like these. Tim for communicating with me and saving our date last minute. they did such amazing work on my dad! He looked so happy and nothing matters more than the last look on a family member. Thank you to Cindy for tending to us the night of the wake and Neli Nova the day of the burial she went above and beyond for us. Everyone is so very respectful every thing went perfect. I have nothing but admiration and gratitude for Dundee Funeral Home. Jenna truly went above and beyond to guide me through this challenging experience following my father's passing. She listened attentively, addressed all my questions, and ensured I felt comfortable with every decision I made. There was never any pressure, just genuine sympathy and concern for both me and my family. They accommodated my requests and organized a beautiful wake for my father; his appearance was indeed a peaceful sight to behold. I can not recommend this funeral home enough. This is my second time using them. Both times they made a horrible situation a little easier. They were caring, compassionate, respectful and honored every single one of our wishes. The way they cared for my family members is something we are truly grateful for. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.
