These guys are top notch - professional, honest, and quick. Our mini-split was leaking due to condensation backing up. But we didn't know what was causing the issue and whether the system would need to be repaired or replaced. A tech was dispatched very quickly and was able to solve the problem in the same visit, even though Ahrens & Condill did not originally recommend or install the mini-split unit. There was no pressure to unnecessarily spend money on a new system when there was a simple repair solution. That gives me the confidence to rely on this company. Thanks!Services: HVAC system repair

We had Jake out to service our heater, and he was professional, thorough and extremely knowledgeable. In addition to the heater service, he graciously answered several questions we had about the way our water heater was venting. We woke up on Christmas Eve to a cold house and the furnace not working. I called Ahrens & Condill at 7am and they were able to get a technician out by 8:30! It turned out to be a minor issue, and even though they could have gouged us with it being the Holidays the whole repair was only $200. What a fantastic experience and we will be using them again!
