Terrible response and customer service. Called for a quote on a new air conditioner. CSR person was difficult to understand, very heavy accent. She said a Technician would be calling but no time table for when. She explained she only enters messages to Technicians. 3 competitors called back within 24 hours or scheduled an appointment.

Robert is a very pleasant and professional service technician to work with. He asked great questions about my needs and my air system and educated me on all the services the company now offers. I have been a customer with them severally and loved their customer service, now that the company has expanded I'm even more impressed and pleased with the care I receive. I would recommend this company to all my friends and family.
