Very happy with the service provided by G & R heating and cooling! Our AC unit stopped working in the middle of a heat wave! Adam came out within 2 hours of my initial call. He was super friendly, explained exactly what the problem was, and replaced the faulty part. He gave us great advice on how to keep our unit in the best shape as well. Never felt any pressure and he didn’t try to upsell us on anything. From his arrival to departure time it took under one hour and we had our unit working again! Bonus- Adam is a dog lover and had no issue with our goofy Lab following him around while he worked! 😊

Jake, the service technician, did an excellent job in evaluating the condition and issues with our two furnaces. Then he provided excellent pricing on the replacement of the two furnaces. The installation was scheduled promptly and our installation technicians arrived on schedule, worked tirelessly to get the work done, and did an excellent job on the installations.
