Sonja was so engaging, personable and action oriented on my initial call to the office. She quickly coordinated a male caregiver for my dad with challenging short shifts and quick turnaround time for SOC. She made a miracle happen for the trifecta of some of the biggest challenges of home care.
It was a seamless handoff to Linda who also was quick to call and get the history of my dad. She was comforting and empathetic on the phone and made everything seem not so overwhelming. She was great navigating my dad's resistance to care and provided great guidance and support.
Ursula was also top notch, providing a very thorough assessment, asking open ended questions to my dad, promoting healthy dialogue without feeling threatening or pushy. She hit every Joint Commission check box and really took the time to assess the house and safety concerns.
