“a recent large hailstorm did extensive damage to our roof and many others. We absolutely shocked at the dozens of aggressive roofers attacking by front door, phone calls and stuffing our mailbox. Not wanting to do business with these types of companies, I received very professional letter by mail 3 days later.
It said I won't knock on your door, etc.: I respect your time & privacy. We have 22 years of roofing experience, call for free inspection.; no obligation or pressure. I called, got a quick answer and visit in 2 days. Mark offered to work with our insurance company on our behalf. We allowed him to do that, and he was here when their inspector came. After their offer, he went back 2 times showing what they had left off. He even made a 2nd trip here to take more pics. He was successful at getting insurance to add more to the settlement!
