“I recently enter the market for a smaller home and located one in Aurora and contacted VV at Keller Williams Realty to see if she could assist in the process of showing it. She did and though that house was sold before we could make a move, I look for others in a different locations and VV, assisted me in showing them to me though they were out of her local area. After we saw few houses I decided to make an offer in one, but unfortunately due to some issues it had I didn’t want to deal with, I decided not to buy that one. Few days later I found another one that had been just put on the market the night before. I call VV and asked her to inquire about it and see if we could ase it, she did we were able to see it a day later, and decided I would make an offer. VV, not only started the process but put me in contact with a bank that also assisted me with the loan and I would have to say that everything went smooth and fast, that we closed in less than three weeks.
