Monika is truly exceptional! Her knowledge of the market, strategic mindset, good energy made a potentially chaotic purchase process simple. Definitely made my needs her first priority. Initially, I had placed an offer on a home and all was smooth sailing, but my loan officer turned out to be a fall through and if it wasn’t for Monika’s attention to detail and voicing concern on a document I would’ve signed a deal with the devil - lbs. She saved me thousands!!!
